● Important Information

  • The Basics           

    • Payment of deposit means you have read and agreed to our policies.

    • All clients are REQUIRED to sign a contract prior to shooting and MUST make a 50 % Non-Refundable deposit to secure their appointment. 
    • Concept, hair, makeup. etc must be prepared prior to shooting. 
    • Under no circumstances are clients eligible to obtain refunds after services are rendered.
    • Allow up to 7-14 business days for photo turn out.
      - For a 24-hour photo turnout - $30.
    • Retouched images are photos that are thoroughly edited (blemish removal, skin adjustments, color grading, etc). This is a process that takes time, which is why the final image count may not be as high as expected.

    • If client fails to show up 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment, client is subjected to a $15 late fee and will forfeit their shoot for that day.

    • Rescheduling must occur 1 week before the original scheduled date.
    • Rescheduling that is done before the 1-week rescheduling notice, will NOT be charged
    • Rescheduling done during the 1-week span will be a $25 rescheduling fee
    • Appointments are subject to rescheduling and cancellation; compensation will be provided and discussed.
